I am a very fair skinned person. Very. Fair. Skinned. We’re talking freckles all over and I dread that first real “burn” of the summer (I know it’s coming soon and I’m cringing). So, I use sunscreen and lots of it. My sons are also on the fairer side, but even if they weren’t sunscreen in this day and age is of utmost importance to combat the damaging effects of the sun on skin.
I feel like I’m so vigilant with the first application but I often let too much time go before a reapplication (or I forget entirely) that I end up lessening the whole purpose of using sunscreen. As my boys get older and want to be outdoors all day long, I know I need to rectify this habit. In fact, that The Skin Cancer Foundation has found that “reapplication of sunscreen is just as important as putting it on in the first place” and advises to “reapply the same amount every two hours.” You read that right… every two hours.
I was asked to run down my thoughts on Neutrogena’s new sunscreen, Wet Skin Sunblock Sprays for adults and kids are specifically designed to apply and adhere directly to wet skin. Check out my video below!
