In our house, the laundry room is probably one of the most frequented rooms in the house each day. In addition to using the room for the obvious purpose, laundry, this room serves as the walkway between our garage and the indoors as well as were we store things like shoes, coats and the like. It’s a room that has no windows, and therefore I always feel like it just doesn’t smell fresh.
I was offered the opportunity to test drive the Febreze Set & Refresh until and refill packs and I knew immediately that I wanted to try it out in the laundry room. It’s the perfect compact size and, better yet, it does not require an outlet to release the fragrance. I’m a bit fearful of a fire when it comes to scented products that must be plugged in, so this was the perfect option for me.
The Febreze Set & Refresh fit perfectly in our laundry room, sitting in the corner of the room on a shelf. It’s amazingly convenient because you do not have to rely on having an outlet in the exact area you wish to use it. It has an unassuming design making it blend in very well to the decor. We received the refill, in scent Linen & Sky, and I just placed the refill into the unit to activate the fragrance.
There is the ability to set the unit to allow a minimal or maximum amount of fragrance to come through. In our laundry room, I wanted the most amount of scent to come through so that it appropriately filled the room. Even set at the max, it wasn’t overwhelming if the room had been closed off all day long.
I also wanted to see how the Febreze Set & Refresh would fare in our smaller-than-a-postage-stamp powder room. I thought for sure that, even on the lowest setting, it would just knock you out when you opened the door to the bathroom. Not so. I did set the unit to the lowest setting since it is such a small room, but the amount of scent emitted was still delightful.
The Febreze Set & Refresh air freshener provides up to 30 days of freshness for a suggested price of $4.49. Dual Refills are available in Linen & Sky, Hawaiian Aloha, Spring & Renewal, and Advanced Odor Eliminator scents.
