Disclosure: I was provided a Rugrat Rundown notepad and a First Haircut Certificate from Bushel & Peck. All opinions are 100% my own.
Let’s get one thing out of the way: I’m a highly organized and overly sentimental nutcase. I love lists. I love labeling. I love binders. I love files. I love mementos. I welcome any opportunity to combine these two aspects of my personality.
For instance, both of my children have their own ‘Year Boxes’, which contain plastic accordion folders organized by month (sub categorized by event or holiday). From Santa’s Christmas letters left next to the empty plate of cookies on Christmas morning to ‘My First Easter’ bibs and Valentines, every memento from each ‘first’ or major event from that year is saved and filed accordingly. Like I said…nutcase. My Mom saved everything for me, and I loved going through those boxes and reminiscing as an adult. My hope is that my kids will appreciate my hoarding tendencies one day too.
So, as someone who documents every major life event to an extreme (did I mention the Shutterfly yearbooks?), you can imagine I was beyond excited to discover Bushel & Peck Paper on Etsy. Bushel & Peck offers a beautiful variety of stationary products. From invitations and decorations to notepads and labels, Bushel & Peck is this sentimental mama’s dream come true.
It was the darling ‘First Haircut Certificate’ that first led me to Jaimee McClellan’s Etsy shop. I discovered it while browsing the site late one night, and eventually wound up oohing and aahing at pretty much every item in Jaimee’s shop. I scrolled through one adorable product after another….and then I found the ‘Rugrat Rundown’ notepad. Clearly a woman after my own heart, Jaimee has created a notepad for babysitters detailing important details about your children – emergency contacts, schedule, medicine doses, etc. As someone whose verbal instructions often fall on deaf ears (cough cough my husband), I really appreciate the clear cut, organized aesthetic of the Rugrat Rundown notepad. My husband also noted that the brightly colored design made my notes stand out on the kitchen counter, and helped him remember to actually look at it. Which, as you can imagine, is reassuring to me when I leave the house….
Bushel & Peck’s First Haircut Certificate was the perfect way to document my Little Man’s first trim. The adorable barber shop-inspired design is absolutely darling, and it even comes with a special muslin bag for Baby’s first curl. As someone who loves documenting memories in creative ways, I instantly fell in love with this adorable certificate!
If you’re looking for personalized stationary, labels, organizational tools or keepsakes, you should definitely visit Bushel & Peck Paper. Jaimee truly has a flair for creating adorable items with a modern aesthetic. And the best part? It turns out she’s a Montco Mom as well! Buying super cute items while supporting a local Mom? It’s a win-win.
