Skincare superstar CLARINS has opened it’s first standalone store in the United States at the King of Prussia mall! It’s unique retail concept is centered on an immersive client experience.
Boasting 1,800 square feet on a single level, the store houses skincare, makeup, body, sun and men’s products, together with a selection of exclusive items found only on Clarins.com. At the heart of the boutique lies an “Open Spa,” a new and exclusive concept featuring result-oriented facials tailored with personalized skin consultations. Optimized for both men and women, the facials merge Clarins’ trusted spa techniques with innovative formulas — and run just 30 minutes long.
Besides customized facials, the digitally-integrated store offers a variety of services: personalized skincare coaching, a “beauty express” area with ready-to-go looks and easy-to-follow tutorials, designated stations for new products, a consultation area where aestheticians offer skin diagnoses, a “Love Wall” where clients can learn more about the brand’s history and heritage, a gift wrapping table, and a lounge area where clients can enjoy a cup of tea while browsing through a library of the Courtin-Clarins family books.
